Regardless of the type of group, you have enjoyed the benefits of a "mastermind" many times during your life. You, as a member of a small group, expanded your thoughts and understandings through the dynamics of the group.
These experiences were spontaneous and, since they were not facilitated, they could not be accessed on a regular basis (or again).
IMAGINE what it would be like if you could meet with such as group Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly.
Now you can be a member of a MasterMind group focused on realizing your desires (if you qualify).
Our company, M3 Groups, organizes and facilitates MasterMind Groups; stringently adhering to the guidelines formally defined by Napoleon Hill, in his famous book, "Think and Grow Rich". He defined it as:
"...two or more minds working actively together in perfect harmony toward a common definite objective."
We emphasize the "perfect harmony" ... that begins with our selection and review of potential members. All applicants are not accepted and even after acceptance, their interactions are carefully monitored. (You may apply now for consideration.)
BUSINESS versus PERSONAL MasterMind Alliances.
The MasterMind Group has become somewhat of a "standard" for forward thinking, dynamic managements and entrepreneurs. Their experience is consistently reported as exceptionally positive (of those, of course, who meet the profile of a successful group member).
Recently, Jack Canfield, author of "The Success Principles", and other publications, describes The MasterMind Group Principle as:
"One of the most powerful tools ever used by successful people."
It is important to note he says "successful people"; not successful business people. Business people have personal lives and have helped transition the MasterMind concept into the everyday personal life for everyone.
Succinctly, MasterMind Alliances hold great growth potential for everyone who truly commits to (membership in) a harmonious, trustworthy and supportive group.
MEMBERS / MEMBERSHIP
You are intelligent enough to know that a true MasterMind Group is composed of a small number of people totally committed to participation and support of the other members.
You will be one of a very small, carefully screened, group; never more than 7 members - most commonly 5 people we determine have complimentary factors ... people we believe are (will be) harmonious. They also must state a desire to help and support the group succeed ... i.e. are committed to the group.
Commitment: We have an absolute non-cancellation, non-refund policy for the 1st three calendar months of each group's operation. Hence if you are not able to commit to 3 months, please do not Apply. At the end of the 3rd Calendar month of operation, the Alliance / Group members shall vote on whether or not to continue or disband the MasterMind Group - i.e. if its full value being derived.
YOU, as a member of one of our groups, can access your group on a regular basis ... with ability for continuous dialogue between meeting. Specifically, we (your Facilitators) establish a private Message Board for each of our groups where you can discuss topics and ideas between group meetings.
You will be amazed the the growth you gain through and with your group members.
Many of the accruing benefits are due to our careful selection and organization of our Groups. (These are not your current friends - with their hidden agendas - or your co-workers - with even larger hidden agendas. These are trustworthy people with whom you will feel comfort and rapport almost immediately.) Furthermore, your group will have a professional Facilitator ... ensuring positive support, equal time and focus is maintained.
INVITATIONS to potential MEMBERS
M3 Groups maintains two (2) very similar Websites for organizing MasterMind Alliances. One is to solicit applications from people who wish to become members; they are carefully evaluated for "fit" and commitment.
Our other site - this one - is for people we have invited to join; based on thorough screening of national databases to which we subscribe. You, were directed to this site as we feel you meet the criteria for a group we are currently organizing. Thus, and "Invitation" to join is extended to you ... please apply now as we do limited the groups to a maximum of seven people.
NOTE: The overwhelming majority of members are "by Invitation" and/or "Referral".
M3 GROUP QUALIFICATIONS
We are an Alliance of Business and Personal Development credentialed professionals possessing years of experience in creating growth for individuals and companies by conducting (facilitating) groups.
We earned our BBB Accrediting through conducting "live" groups. Hence, although we are new as MasterMind organizers on the Net, we are well experienced with the creation and management of effective group for tremendous member benefits. |

MasterMind Groups "grew up" in business and , therefore, it is logical that most of the M3 personnel have business backgrounds. Specifically, almost all of them have spent many years as Management Consultants; successfully conducting Consulting Engagements in every business category imaginable.
Most of the colleagues are generalists, yet some are specialized ... for example as top Human Resources management. Thus, the "soft" sciences provide a transition from the pure business MasterMind Group to the personal issues groups.
Bear in mind, however, we are not members (i.e. participants) of any group we organize. We manage them and facilitate the meetings; ensuring each member - YOU - derive maximum benefit from each meeting . . . without having to worry about all the time consuming, tangential yet vital, "housekeeping" chores.
MASTERMIND GROUP AVAILABILITY
As you are coming to realize, to create valid MasterMind Groups - not just a "whoever applies" group - there are several key issues.
First, we need to evaluate the profile of the applicant.
Next - and this is critical - they must be able to make decisions rapidly; take action immediately. That is, potential group members may "think about" applying for membership in a group, but when the group is filled, it is filled ... and a similar group may not be available to you for considerable time. Thus, to avoid disappointment, they must apply when notified of group formation.
Again, since we are professional Facilitators and have diverse backgrounds (and a network of talented colleagues) we organize any group type for which there is a demand:
In Business, we organize - -
Industry Specific and General • Regionally Similar • Diverse Geographically
Industry Specific - all members have a commonality of experience
Regionally Relevant - industry/business applications vary substantially (e.g. very little demand for snow removal equipment in San Diego ...)
Geographically Diverse - Care is taken to ensure there is no real of potential competitive overlap - i.e. trading areas - thus if some issues related to the Federal Trade Commission, Robinson-Patman, Sherman Anti-Trust Act, etc. are touched upon, they are not applicable if/when trading area competition does not exist.
Mentoring - We do not actively take part in business group discussions - we are strictly Facilitators - however, we are a Resource that may be accessed. (That is, our Consulting backgrounds are matched with experience in your Industry, so when alternatives have been exhausted by the group, we may be asked for comment.)
For Personal Issues, we organize groups for any topic that is moral, ethical and legal ... well, almost moral, ethical and legal. We may organize and facilitate MasterMind Alliances in such diverse areas as:
