MEETING FREQUENCY
(& Time Zone Considerations)
MEETING FREQUENCY:
The frequency of meetings for MasterMind Groups is limited only by the imagination. (Some MasterMind Groups meet annually for a multiple-day "get-away" ... some meet (briefly) daily.)
Meeting frequency is the main variable of the MasterMind Groups we organize. That is, as elsewhere discussed in this Site, all our meetings are 90 Minutes, each has a private Message Board established for between meeting communication, membership is limited to 7 or less and each group is assigned a professional Facilitator.
We conduct meeting defined as the most convenient for the majority of people desiring membership in a MasterMind Group. The Group frequencies are:
Weekly: The Group meets every week at the same time on the same day of the week.
Bi-Weekly: The Group meets every other week at the same time on the same day of the week. This is, at this writing, the most popular timing of meetings.
Monthly: The Group meets every fourth week (thus, there may be two meetings in some calendar months). As with the other groups, they meet at the same time on the same day of the week.
Each Group organized is defined by frequency. For example,
"A Weekly MasterMind Group is now being formed for - - topic - - -"
- OR -
"A Monthly MasterMind Group is now being formed for - - topic - - -."
Bear in mind, as elsewhere stated, an initial commitment of 3 months, regardless of meeting frequency, is required. The group, as an entity, shall determine the continuation of the group past the 3rd month.
TIME ZONES:
We attempt to organize Groups within Time Zones. For example, if a Weekly Group is organized for 7:00 AM (NOTE: Unless otherwise stated, all times indexed to Eastern Time) as a "breakfast" meeting, then we strive to have the meeting start as 7:00 AM for all Members.
