CONFIDENTIALTY
& MUTUAL TRUST
We carefully screen and/or interview candidates to determine if they appropriate for one of the MasterMind Groups we organize. We do not accept everyone.
A prime criterion is authenticity; the other criteria include creditability, consistency, etc.
Specifically, for any MasterMind Group to "work", the members must feel they are in a safe environment. They must come to trust the members of their group and confidently know that their trust will not be violated. (Violations may result on removal from the group.)
We do require the execution of a Non-Compete / Confidentiality Agreement from all persons prior to the first meeting of his / her group.
Furthermore, although our Facilitators are not group members, per se, they are privy to all the interactions of the group. Therefore, we - our company - provides every accepted member with a Confidentiality Agreement. The significant portions of our Agreement are:
- Any and all information whenever disclosed by the Member to MasterMind shall remain the property of the Member and on the termination of MasterMind’s interest the MasterMind will, on request, return all information to the Member and shall at the same time, if requested, hand over to the Member written confirmation that all documents, specifications, know-how, information handbooks and drawings relating to the information in MasterMind’s possession have been returned to the Member or have been destroyed.
- MasterMind will not use the information for any purpose other than in connection with MasterMind’s involvement with the Member and on his/her behalf. MasterMind shall keep all information secret and confidential. MasterMind shall not, without consent of the Member, communicate or allow to be communicated any confidential information to anyone outside the group alliance of which he/she is a member, except as otherwise authorized by the Member.
- On the termination of MasterMind’s involvement, MasterMind shall forthwith cease all further use of the information.
We exchange, the member will execute a similar Agreement for all members in the Group. This document will be held by the company and will be available, upon request, to any member.
These mutual Agreements apply to all member communications; including but not limited to the Bulletin Board entries and emails.
