MEETING MEDIA
for the MasterMind Groups
We organize and facilitate MasterMind Groups and Strategic Alliances electronically.
TELEPHONE:
The most common mode for our meetings is via the Telephone.
MESSAGE BOARD:
Next, we establish a private Bulletin Board site for each member within each MasterMind Group. These secure sites are the means for member to communicate - questions, comments, support - between MasterMind meetings. (We monitor, but do not edit as required by Blogs, only to assure that all members are availing themselves of this resources... and, likewise, assisting their fellow members.)
VIDEO CONFERENCE:
Video Conferencing is available only with out V.I.P. MasterMind Groups.
V.I.P. Video Groups are infrequently formed although, due to the requests we have received, we may expand the use of this medium.
We do have some groups that meet via Video Conferencing. Video Conferencing does add a beneficial dimension to the meetings. On the other hand, there are technical issues, for the member, which may detract from his/her commitment to the meeting. Therefore, the use of this mode is extremely restricted (hopefully future technology improvemenst will allow use to expand Video use.)
Regardless of the mode, we insist that good manners (and etiquette) are observed. Our member selection criteria include these, but sometimes we miss.
