PRINCIPAL (and primary Facilitator):

Lyle R. Johnson, Ph.D., MBA

Lyle has been guiding people to success for over 30 years; primarily in the context of advisor to management. He has transitioned from advisory consulting to coaching/sales mentoring and group facilitation. Lyle has been a Speaker for the American Management Associations, Sales Executives Clubs and various Universities (Fordham, University of Washington, DeVry University, University of California at Santa Barbara, etc.)

He has an extensive track record of success in Marketing and Sales Management – coaching sales personnel to achieve their full potential. Lyle joined the Procter & Gamble Company after receiving his MBA. He migrated to other Fortune 500 companies, such as Quaker Oats and Cessna Aircraft and then to smaller enterprises.

He was one of the pioneers of the commercialization of Biofeedback devices (alpha/theta monitors). Lyle has actively pursued motivational psychology – with primary application to coaching and training – and obtained his Doctorate in that discipline.

He is the author of the Textbook / Manual “Management Training Applications”, a contributing author to "Discovering your Inner Strength" and is completing his third book as of this writing.

Lyle joined the U.S. Coast Guard as an Enlisted Person; was Commissioned and retired as LCDR.

Susan J. Mellinger, M.A. / Certified NLP Practitioner

Susan has been providing guidance to companies, primarily in Organizational Development for over 30 years. Her proven expertise and commitment to excellence has offered her clients the best in employee selection techniques resulting in enhanced organizational efficiency, employee retention, and employee satisfaction.

The knowledge she brings to bear on human resource and organizational issues has been gained through formal education, training and work / life experiences. Susan holds a M.A. in Psychology and is a Certified Master Practitioner for NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).

Susan maintained a successful private therapy practice for 15 years and then applied her human relations and business skills as she developed her competence as a business consultant. Susan now guides small and medium size businesses in developing effective selection criteria for the hiring process. Whether a company needs to hire a Foreman, Sales Manager, Chief Engineer or CEO, Susan’s insight, testing expertise and training skills can narrow the applicant field down to the most viable candidate.

Her skills, applied to the hiring process, benefit our client companies as well as individual employees through increased morale, productivity and decreased turnover.

 

 

Louis Morlando, B.A.

Lou brings a wealth of skills to our organization. He is skilled in Sales (with a focus on intangibles – advertising sales). This advertising sales ability enabled him to establish and publish a daily newspaper; the Bucks County Morning Sun.

He moved on from the newspaper publishing business to establish, in 1981, The Computer Tutor. The Computer Tutor focused on providing application software training to the governmental, military, not-for-profit organizations (and the general public in the local market). His firm became one of the largest software training companies, thus, it was an attractive acquisition candidate. Lou sold The Computer Tutor in 1995.

His sales and training abilities led him to accept a position as Sales and Marketing Manager for Technical Training Institute. There he resurrected their sales and marketing programs in less than six months. The division experienced their first profitable month in over two years

Lou then began his management consulting career. He joined an international consulting firm as Business Development Consultant. He continues to provide profitable guidance to small to medium sized business in a variety of industries.

His credentials include a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Marketing Emphasis) and Public Administration.

Peter Kautzmann, M.B.A.

Peter S. Kautzmann has over a decade of hands-on general management consulting experience gained during his association with several international Consulting firms. The emphasis of his consulting as with small to medium sized firms and was consistently rank as one of the top quality performers by his clients (and employers).

Peter has coached, as well as solved operation issues (i.e. consulted) for CEO’s of companies in a wide variety of industries. He has an established track-record of success in management training, restructuring and managing a firm for success, improving profit performance and crisis management; including employee training and implementation “best practice” management.

 

 

 
Gordon D. Howe, , M.A.

He earned a Master of Arts degree in Sociology, and has accomplished graduate coursework in Economic Development, Professional Writing, and Organizational Development.

Gordon Howe has consulted with dozens of small businesses and organizations over the last twenty years.   Significant accomplishments include gaining operational and financial support, cooperation, and partnerships with stakeholders and backers in projects as diverse as defense manufacturing, tourism and park development, highway projects, a museum, airport improvements, and business improvements and innovations in manufacturing, trades, professional services, health care, and education.

Gordon was a Marine Corps infantry squad leader in Vietnam in 1968.
